This square piano was built circa 1800 by Joseph Kirkman, with mahogany case and a satinwood fallboard inlaid with label, 'Joseph Kirkman, Grand Piano Forte Maker, To Her Majesty and His Royal Highness The Prince Regent, No.19 Broad Street, Golden Square, London.' The piano has turned, tapering legs. The piano is in very good cosmetic condition for its age. The keys and keytops appear to be original.
