Mayland 4-octave Song Bells

This 49-note, 4-octave set of Mayland Song Bells are in excellent condition and tuned A=440 by Gilberto Serna of Century Mallet.

With a range one octave lower than Deagan Song Bells and two octaves lower than a set of orchestra bells, these bars have an timbre somewhere between Deagan Song Bells and a Vibra-harp, and can be applied in a wide variety of settings. These bars originally are from a 49-note "harp" like a steel marimba or chrysoglott. This is one of the rarest percussion instruments we have seen. In particular, we have never seen another 4-octave Mayland instrument.

Dimensions of lowest/largest bar: 17 1/8" long, 1 5/8" wide, 5/16" thick
Dimensions of highest/smallest bar: 5 1/16" long, 1 1/8" wide, 3/8" thick
