This 40" vintage gong was acquired from the estate of a Pulitzer-Prize-winning composer here in Los Angeles, and is in excellent condition. This gong is was made several decades ago and is in excellent shape, with no cracks. It sounds great. It comes with a stand that is 58" wide and 58" tall, as well as with a gong mallet. We removed the patina from the gong because we felt that it didn't do justice to its gorgeous appearance.
