This Martin D12-20 guitar was built in 1965 and sounds fantastic. It is accompanied by original hardshell case, and is in good cosmetic condition and excellent functional condition. The neck and headstock are in exceptionally nice shape for their age. This guitar has definitely been played and loved a lot. There is nothing wrong with it functionally. It plays great, frets well, and sounds like heaven. Neck feels great, and is a breeze to play. Some of the finish has come off at the sides. There is a tight, stable crack in at the middle seam below the soundhole, and the guitar's finish has a fair amount of crazing. There are no structural cracks on the sides/neck/headstock. The tuners work perfectly. The frets have plenty of life in them, but are nicely played. The neck is straight. Action is about 1/8 - 5/32". Saddle height is about 1/16” - 3/32”. A hardshell case is included.
