WHEELHARP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment
All prices are stated in USD. All goods remain the property of Antiquity Music until paid for in full.
Shipping
Each Wheelharp order is shipped as soon as Antiquity Music has built and assembled the Wheelharp and it has been successfully tested. We ship each Wheelharp order with established freight forwarders, such as UPS, FedEx, and Hartrodt. When your order is placed, we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your Wheelharp begins manufacture, we will send you another preliminary confirmation. Manufacturing is planned to begin June 2013. Once your Wheelharp has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship your package according to Ex Works terms unless stated otherwise. This means that you pay all shipping costs, that we do not collect duties and/or taxes or import/customs clearance charges on orders to countries other than the U.S., that you are personally responsible for customs duties, brokerage & clearance entry fees in addition to shipping costs, and that we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you pay with Paypal, we will only ship to the address specified as the shipping address in your Paypal payment. We write the following customs commodity code on our Wheelharp shipments: 9201.90.00.00.

Warranty service procedure
Contact Antiquity Music if you need warranty service. You cannot send a unit for repair unless agreed to by Antiquity Music.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges if the machine needs to be shipped to Antiquity Music for warranty service.
DO NOT try to service the Wheelharp yourself, other than replacing, tuning or adjusting strings, adjusting cable tension or replacing broken cables, adjusting bridge height via the adjustable bridge pivot point, rosining the wheel, etc. Doing so will void the warranty.
Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of the Wheelharp, Antiquity Music does not offer a return policy for the Wheelharp at this time, though we offer the above-mentioned one-year warranty.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Manufacturing, assembly and shipping of each Wheelharp is estimated to take ten months from the date of the purchase. Each order shall require an initial deposit of 50% of the purchase price (and of any California sales tax, if applicable) within ten (10) calendar days of placing the order; the second 50% payment of the purchase price (and of any California sales tax, if applicable) shall be due to Antiquity Music within twenty (20) calendar days of notification from Antiquity Music to the purchaser of completion of the ordered Wheelharp. If no payment has been received by Antiquity Music within ten (10) calendar days of placing an order, the order will be canceled automatically. Manufacturing is estimated to begin June 2013. Once Antiquity Music begins manufacture of the ordered Wheelharp, Antiquity Music shall notify the purchaser that manufacturing has begun, upon which the initial 50% deposit shall generally become nonrefundable, but shall be refundable only upon Nonfulfillment of the order after a period of eleven months from the date of purchase. For purposes of this paragraph, Nonfullfillment shall be defined as Antiquity Music’s failure to make the ordered Wheelharp available at its premises to the purchaser. If Antiquity Music does not receive the second 50% payment within twenty (20) calendar days of notifying the buyer of completion of the ordered Wheelharp, Antiquity Music shall have the right to sell the ordered Wheelharp to another customer, so long as Antiquity Music provides prior notice to the original purchaser of its intent to do so at least ten (10) calendar days before selling that Wheelharp to another customer. For each version of the Wheelharp (e.g. Linear Model 5-octave, Radial Model 3-octave), Antiquity Music’s obligation to fulfill an order shall be conditioned upon receipt by Antiquity Music of at least five (5) total orders of that particular version.
